THE TEAM
Welcome to O'Bahamas Studios , a production and sound design company .
It was in 1993 that Philippe Tutin , enjoying a certain notoriety as a freelance sound engineer, decided to build his first studio to accommodate big names in the audiovisual world such as Jean-Pierre Genet, Jean-Paul Goude and Baz Luhrmann. These projects would allow him to access projects that would create his reputation.
In 2020, Philippe Tutin offered the management of these studios to his youngest daughter, Margot Tutin . From this generational renaissance will be born LITTLE daughter , a music production company complementing the already very wide range of services offered by Studios O'Bahamas and of which Margot Tutin is the president.
Throughout his career, Philippe Tutin was accompanied by his friend, associate and sound engineer, David Cailleaux .
In the field of sound post-production , O'Bahamas has been able to diversify and develop.
To this day, they are present in the very rigorous sector of advertising for television or cinema as well as in the "very intriguing" world of dubbing or the "very lively" sector of animation.
O'Bahamas Studios also have the opportunity to produce sound productions for audio stories and nursery rhymes for Lunii, the story factory, or for the latest box from Tonies, or the sound design for smartphone applications, thus calling upon all the creativity and finesse of our sound engineers.
Thanks to the know-how, the rigor of work and quality established by Philippe Tutin and David Cailleaux , O'Bahamas Studios invite you to enjoy recording in warm, competent and super friendly sound studios, just like its team... Especially around a quarter to seven... Let's move on.
At the dawn of its 30th anniversary, O'Bahamas Studios is proud to have 7 production and sound creation studios, as well as a team of 14 people in premises located on the outskirts of Paris.
Do not hesitate to come and meet us , we will be delighted to welcome you around a coffee… Or other…. It depends on the time at which you will pass… Or not…!
